The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM), with the registered office serving as the deemed venue. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Smt. Venkata Naga Lalitha Kapilavai as a director liable to retire by rotation, and the re-appointment of Sri Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an independent director for a term of five years effective November 9, 2026. Additionally, the remuneration payable to M/s Naval & Associates, Cost Auditors, for the financial year 2026-2027 will be ratified.
