Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles Arni Ltd. Closes Trading Window Until After Q4 Results

Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles Arni Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and connected persons, including dependents and immediate relatives, effective from 1st April 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereafter. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. The date of the board meeting where the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
