The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from January 1, 2026, to February 14, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all the specified persons mentioned in the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
