Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills Ltd Trading Window Closure Notice for FY 2025-2026

Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the clarification given by BSE Ltd on 2nd April, 2019.
