Sri Ramakrishna Mills Announces 79th AGM for FY26

Sri Ramakrishna Mills (Coimbatore) Limited has announced its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 28, 2026. The meeting will focus on adopting the audited standalone financial statements for the fiscal year 2025-26, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Key agenda items include the reappointment of Smt. L. Nagaswarna as a Director retiring by rotation and her subsequent re-appointment as Whole-Time Director for a further period of three years with a monthly remuneration of ₹2,50,000. The reappointment of Sri. D. Lakshminarayanaswamy as Managing Director will also be considered.
