Srigee Dlm Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Srigee Dlm Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026. The exact date of the declaration will be intimated in due course.
