Srigee DLM Sells Registered Office Property for ₹2.53 Cr

Srigee DLM Ltd has entered into an Agreement to Sell for its immovable property located at Plot No. 434, Udyog Kendra 2, Ecotech 3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a total sale consideration of ₹2.53 crore. This property currently serves as the company's registered office. Following the sale, the company plans to enter into a rent agreement with the buyer and will continue operating from the premises under a lease arrangement until its new manufacturing facility is commissioned. The manufacturing unit operating from this property contributed approximately ₹6.73 crore, or 9% of the company's total revenue last fiscal year. The transaction is considered a Related Party Transaction as the buyer's director is part of the promoter group, and it is being conducted on an arm's length basis.
