SRM Contractors Converts Abu Dhabi Branch to Wholly Owned Subsidiary

SRM Contractors Limited has announced the conversion of its Abu Dhabi branch into a wholly owned subsidiary, 'SRM Contractors LLC'. This strategic move, approved by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi, transforms the branch into a Single Owner / Sole Proprietorship Limited Liability Company. The new subsidiary will focus on construction and engineering services, including retaining walls, dewatering, bridges, tunnels, roads, landscaping, and oil and gas field services. The incorporation involved an initial capital of AED 100,000.
