SRM Contractors Incorporates New SPV for Wayside Amenities

SRM Contractors Limited announced the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named "GIRAFFE SRM ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED" to expand into the Wayside Amenities sector. The SPV will focus on developing, operating, and managing facilities along highways and strategic locations, including retail, fuel, EV charging, and food services. SRM Contractors will hold a 49% stake in the new entity, with an initial capital infusion of ₹49,000 out of a total of ₹1,00,000. This move aligns with the company's business expansion and diversification strategy.
