SRM Contractors Ltd Secures Rs 100.45 Cr EPC Project from NHAI

SRM Contractors Ltd has been allotted a new EPC project from the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for the construction of slope protection on the Parwanoo-Solan section of NH22(now NHSS) in Himachal Pradesh. The aggregate quoted price for the 18-month project is Rs 100.45 crore. In line with the company's code of conduct and SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected persons is closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
