SRM Energy Appoints Jitendra Patil as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

SRM Energy Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Rajendra Patil as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Patil will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and part of the Senior Management. He is a qualified Company Secretary with over 6 years of professional experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, accounting, auditing, and taxation, particularly with listed companies. He is not related to any director of the company.
