SRM Energy Ltd Appoints New CFO and Secretarial Auditors

In a recent Board Meeting held on 26th March, 2025, SRM Energy Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Umesh Narpatchand Sanghvi as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the company, effective from the same date. Mr. Sanghvi, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, brings over 19 years of professional experience in banking and finance, debt and equity fund raising, and wealth management. He is also the Managing Director and Promoter of the company. The board also approved the appointment of M/s HSPN & Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for the FY 2025 - 2026 to FY 2029 - 2030. M/s HSPN & Associates LLP is a corporate law service firm with over 30 years of experience in various fields of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA compliances, and corporate restructuring.
