SRM Energy Ltd. Completes Share Purchase Agreement with New Promoters

SRM Energy Ltd. has completed the acquisition of 64,50,000 equity shares by the Acquirers under the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Spice Energy Private Limited. The Acquirers are now classified as the ‘Promoters’ of the Company, while Spice Energy Private Limited along with its wholly owned subsidiary, M/s Nyra Holdings Private Limited, have ceased to be part of the Promoter/Promoter group of the Company. This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
