SRM Energy Ltd has announced changes in its board composition and senior management, following the acquisition of 64,50,000 equity shares by Mr. Umesh Narpatchand Sanghvi and Mrs. Sapna Sanghvi. The new appointees include Mr. Umesh Narpatchand Sanghvi as Additional Director and Managing Director, Mrs. Sapna Umesh Sanghvi as Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent), Mrs. Pooja Navnit Maheshwari and Mr. Gopal Ajay Malpani as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent). Simultaneously, Mr. Sharad Rastogi, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Mrs. Tanu Agarwal, Mr. Parshant Chohan, Mr. Raman Kumar Mallick, and Mr. Pankaj Gupta have resigned from their respective positions. The company has also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
