SRM Energy Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Sapna Umesh Sanghvi. The acquisition of 25,80,000 shares, which is 28.476% of the total diluted share/voting capital, has led to Sapna Umesh Sanghvi being classified as a Promoter of the company. The acquisition was made through an off-market transaction pursuant to an open offer and was fully paid up equity shares having a face value of INR 10/- each.
