S&S Power Appoints Martin Ansell as Additional Director

S&S Power Switchgear Ltd has appointed Mr. Martin Ansell as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) with effect from May 22, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was made in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Ansell is a seasoned Non-Executive Director with over four decades of experience in the energy sector. The Board of Directors also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the Statutory Auditors.
