SSPN Finance Ltd has announced its Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2026, via audio visual means at 11:30 AM. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Auditors' and Directors' reports. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Vadgave and Mr. Uttamkumar Abhinandan Singh, who are retiring by rotation.
