S&T Corporation Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results, Appoints Company Secretary

S & T Corporation Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on August 7, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ended June 30, 2026, for both standalone and consolidated operations. Additionally, Ms. Akanksha Motwani was appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 7, 2026. The company also confirmed that there were no deviations in the proceeds of issues and no outstanding defaults on loans or debt securities.
