GACM Technologies Re-appoints MD, Whole-Time Director, Independent Director

GACM Technologies Ltd announced a series of management re-appointments following a Board of Directors meeting on August 31, 2026. Mr. Jonna Venkata Tirupati Rao has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term and as a Director liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Srinivas Maya has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Chandra Sekhar Dasaka as Independent Director for a second term. The company also approved the re-appointment of statutory auditors and the appointment of internal auditors. Additionally, GACM Technologies plans to increase its authorized share capital and raise up to ₹200 Crores via QIP/ADR/GDR/FCCB, subject to shareholder approval. The company also intends to acquire a 23.64% stake in WEXL EDU Limited through a preferential issue (share swap).
