Stanbik Agro Appoints Anil Kumar Vijayvargia as Independent Director

Stanbik Agro Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Vijayvargia as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) to its Board. The appointment, approved by the members at a meeting held on September 15, 2026, is for a consecutive term of five years, effective from May 22, 2026, to May 21, 2031. Mr. Vijayvargia brings over eight years of experience in legal, accounting, and tax consultancy. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order or other authority, and has no pecuniary relationship with the company.
