Stanbik Agro Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Stanbik Agro Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01.04.2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the period ended on 31.03.2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Officers, Designated Employees, Directors, and Auditors have been informed not to trade in the company's Equity shares during this period. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of audited Financial Results will be intimated later.
