Standard Batteries Ltd was forced to adjourn its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 25, 2026, due to the absence of the requisite quorum. The meeting, held via video conferencing, lacked the minimum 30 members required by Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.
