Standard Batteries Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Standard Batteries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Audit Committee will also meet on the same day to review these results. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until two working days after the results declaration.
