Standard Shoe Sole and Mould Closes Trading Window from July 1

Standard Shoe Sole and Mould (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
