Standard Shoe Sole Re-appoints Aniket & Co. as Internal Auditor

Standard Shoe Sole and Mould (India) Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Aniket & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on September 5, 2026. The Board also approved the Director's Report for FY 2026, convened the 50th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, fixed the cut-off date for the AGM as September 23, 2026, and decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Mr. Madhur Gandhi was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
