Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited has informed the Exchange about the closure of the trading window for designated persons/insiders, including their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Policy on Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, April 01, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
