Star Imaging and Path Lab Limited has been empanelled by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) for providing medical diagnostic and laboratory services. The empanelment is valid for a period of Three (3) years from the date of issue of the empanelment letter. The Company has been empanelled for providing medical treatment including diagnosis and laboratory services to CERC's officers, employees, and their dependents family members at CGHS approved rates. This disclosure is being made in the ordinary course of business and does not constitute a material event impacting the Company’s financial position.
