Star Paper Mills Ltd Closes Trading Window Till 48 Hours After Q4 2025 Results

Star Paper Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st Jan, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter ending 31st Dec., 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders. The trading window will be closed for all the Directors, KMPs, Designated persons & their immediate relatives during this period.
