The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Ziaulla Sheriff as Managing Director & Chairman for a period of five years. This re-appointment also includes approval for his continuation in office beyond the age of seventy years, as per the Companies Act, 2013.
