Starlineps Appoints M/s. Shah & Shah as Statutory Auditors

Starlineps Enterprises Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah as its new Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This appointment follows the completion of two consecutive terms by the current auditors, M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli. M/s. Shah & Shah, a firm founded in 2010 with expertise in financial advisory and compliance, will serve for a term of five years, from the conclusion of the 15th AGM until the conclusion of the 20th AGM in 2031. The Board of Directors approved this change on September 2, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
