Starlineps Completes 20% Stake Acquisition in Celloraa Energy for ₹40 Cr

Starlineps Enterprises Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of a 20% equity stake in Celloraa Energy Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹40 crore. This acquisition, representing 6,250 equity shares, was finalized on August 31, 2026. Following this transaction, Celloraa Energy Private Limited is now classified as an Associate Company of Starlineps Enterprises Ltd, in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations. This move is part of Starlineps' earlier announced investment plan of 50% stake in Celloraa Energy for ₹160 crore.
