Starlineps Enterprises to Acquire 50% Stake in Celloraa Energy for ₹160 Cr

Starlineps Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 50% stake in Celloraa Energy Private Limited for ₹160 Crore. The investment will be made by subscribing to new equity shares in Celloraa Energy, which is involved in the manufacturing of solar cells. The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next 12 months, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Celloraa Energy is establishing a 1.2 GW solar cell manufacturing facility.
