Starlite Components Board Approves Q4/FY26 Audited Results with Qualified Opinion

Starlite Components Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The accompanying Independent Auditor's Report, issued by SHARP AARTH & CO LLP, expressed a Qualified Opinion on the standalone financial results. The auditors noted that, except for the possible effects of matters described in their basis for qualified opinion, the Statement presents a true and fair view of the net loss and other comprehensive loss for the period, in conformity with applicable accounting standards and Listing Regulations.
