Starlite Components Board Approves Q4/FY26 Results; Auditors Issue Qualified Opinion

Starlite Components Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 28, 2026, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The approval followed a recommendation from the Audit Committee. SHARP AARTH & CO LLP, the statutory auditors, issued an Independent Auditor's Report with a "Qualified Opinion" on the standalone financial results. The auditors stated that, except for the possible effects of matters described in their basis for qualified opinion, the Statement is presented in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations and gives a true and fair view of the net loss and other comprehensive loss for the period.
