Starlog Enterprises Reappoints Independent Director, Appoints Internal Auditor

Starlog Enterprises Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 15, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shankar Viswanathan as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective July 5, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s. Rahul D Shah & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Mr. Viswanathan brings extensive experience in port operations and management.
