Starteck Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

Starteck Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
