Starteck Finance Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Results on Feb 05, 2026

Starteck Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 05, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31% December, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, due to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of results.
