SBI Appoints Sanjay Lohiya as Director on Central Board

State Bank of India has announced the appointment of Shri Sanjay Lohiya as a Director on its Central Board of Directors. This nomination is made under Section 19 (e) of the State Bank of India Act, 1955, effective from June 11, 2026. Shri Lohiya is not related to any existing directors on the Central Board and has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding such an office by any SEBI order or other authority. The appointment is in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
