State Bank of India to Acquire Entire Stake in SBICAP Ventures Limited

State Bank of India (SBI) has received final approval from its Executive Committee for acquiring 100% stake held by SBI Capital Markets Limited in SBICAP Ventures Limited. The acquisition is being done on an arm's length basis and all regulatory approvals have been obtained. The consideration for the acquisition is Rs 708.07 Cr and the proposed shareholding after acquisition will be 100%,
