Steel Exchange India Ltd. Announces Alteration of Object Clause and Expansion of Business Activities

Steel Exchange India Ltd. has announced the alteration of the Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association. The Board of Directors approved the addition of Sub-clauses 11 and 12 to the Main Object Clause (Clause IlI(A)) of the Memorandum of Association, aiming to expand the business activities of the Company. The new sub-clauses allow the Company to undertake real estate development, infrastructure construction, allied services, and integrated logistics, multimodal transportation, and terminal operations. The Board also authorized certain Key Managerial Personnels to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the stock exchange(s). The Notice of 26th Annual General Meeting and other related items were approved in the Board Meeting.
