Steel Strips: SAB Mall Management Rights Transferred

Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd has completed the transfer of management rights and received the balance consideration of Rs. 2.25 Crore for its SAB Mall property in Noida. The amount includes Rs. 1.00 Crore for management rights and Rs. 1.25 Crore for sale consideration. The company has handed over original title documents and will utilize the proceeds for payment of liabilities. The Sub-Lease Deed execution is pending clearance from the NOIDA Authority. The mall contributed 97.93% of the company's revenue in the last financial year.
