Steelcast Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window as per SEBI Regulations

Steelcast Ltd. has announced the closure of its Trading Window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately. Connected/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
