Steelcast Ltd Declares Third Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 at 45%

Steelcast Ltd, at its meeting held on 30.01.2026, has declared a third interim dividend for FY 2025-26 at 45%. The dividend of Rs. 0.45 per equity share of Re. 1/- each will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration i.e. on or before 1st March, 2026. The record date for the purpose of Third Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 is fixed as 06.02.2026. The company has also considered, approved and taken on record the un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025.
