Steelco Gujarat: No Deviation in Rights Issue Proceeds Utilization

Steelco Gujarat Ltd has submitted its Statement of Material Deviation/Variation for the Rights Issue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company confirms that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of the net proceeds from its equity share rights issue, which was allotted on June 6, 2026. The monitoring agency, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, has also provided a report for the same quarter, confirming no deviation from the objects of the issue and a nil range of deviation. The total rights issue amount aggregated to ₹14.89 crore.
