Steelman Telecom Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations Compliance

Steelman Telecom Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Practices for fair disclosure of UPSI. The closure is effective from 1st April, 2026 and will continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board at which Audited Financial Results are to be approved is yet to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
