Steelman Telecom Re-appoints 4 Directors at 23rd AGM

Steelman Telecom Ltd announced that its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 19, 2026, approved the re-appointment of four key directors. Mr. Mahendra Bindal was re-appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term from May 17, 2027, to May 17, 2032. Mr. Girish Bindal was re-appointed as Executive Director cum Chairman for a five-year term, also from May 17, 2027, to May 17, 2032. Additionally, Mr. Atul Kumar Bajpai and Mr. Pravin Poddar were re-appointed as Independent Directors for five-year terms, effective from May 17, 2027, and July 01, 2027, respectively.
