Stellar Capital Services Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Stellar Capital Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’. The trading window will be closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the half year and year ended March 31st 2026. The date of the board meeting where the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
