
SWREL FY26: Highest Revenue, Record PAT, 43% Order Growth
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL) announced its audited financial results for FY26, achieving its highest annual turnover since listing at ₹7,548 crore, a 20% YoY growth. The company also reported its highest-ever quarterly PAT of ₹142 crore in Q4 FY26. Operational EBITDA increased 53% YoY to ₹444 crore. SWREL achieved record execution, commissioning approximately 4.5 GW AC capacity in FY26. Gross margins expanded to 10.5% from 10.1% in FY25. Order inflow surged 43% YoY to ₹10,062 crore across 12 projects, bringing the unexecuted order value to ₹11,813 crore. Net debt decreased by ₹149 crore quarter-on-quarter, driven by healthy cash flow. The O&M portfolio grew 50% YoY to 13.5 GW, ensuring stable recurring revenue.
