Trustwave Securities allots 3.26 lakh new shares post capital reduction

Trustwave Securities Ltd has allotted 3,26,880 new equity shares of ₹10 each to shareholders as of April 27, 2026. This allotment gives effect to a scheme of reduction of share capital approved by the NCLT Mumbai Bench via an order dated March 19, 2026. Following this corporate action, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital has been reduced from 65,37,600 shares (₹6,53,76,000) to 3,26,880 shares (₹32,68,800). The Board of Directors approved this allotment in a meeting held on April 28, 2026.
