Sterling Powergensys Ltd Re-Appoints Mr. Sankaran Venkata Subramanian as Managing Director

Sterling Powergensys Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sankaran Venkata Subramanian as Managing Director for a further period of 5 years, effective from April 01, 2026. The re-appointment was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on March 14, 2026, following the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Subramanian is a Science Graduate with extensive experience in the field of industrial boilers and incinerators. He is not related to any Director of the Company.
